When I first saw the Dipti’s Aerial Yoga Pictures, the first thought was maybe you need to be really flexible to be able to do that. At the same time, I was very curious to find out what and how to do it.
Dipti made the entire learning session really easy and wonderful. She taught a lot of different poses. All the ifs and buts. And the most important part - Trusting the Hammock. It took a while to completely let go the fear of falling. But once you do that, you start enjoying and that starts reflecting on your body too.
The size of the batch was small, so everybody could get all the attention and guidance required. You feel like a bird doing certain poses.Thank you for the wonderful session,Dipti. It was a very good experience. More importantly it felt Awesome to do all the poses. Looking forward to many more such workshops ❤️

Yoga a way of life!!! Joined Online Yoga classes with Dipti at my wife's recommendation who has been practicing with Dipti for almost a year. What I love about classes is the variety and variations bought in the practice. One class we are sweating like we are in a furnace, some class its so blissful like we are weightless and we are just floating and there are classes where your body will be twisted like a wet cloth. The use of various props like Bricks,Strap, pillows and chair helps to commit deeper into the poses. Making this happen is Dipti's stern voice challenging you to push yourself a little harder and sometimes a voice that cajoles and encourages you to boost your confidence. Nuances of each asana is explained, tips for better poses and alterations are suggested regularly. You get instant feedback during the class. The classes help to start off the day on a very positive note. The degrees of Joy you experience when you can take you flexibility from 60 degrees to 90 degrees is immeasurable.

I have been taking online yoga classes with Dipti for more than a year now. I like the variations in everyday session and she ensures that each class is more physically challenging, interesting and every minute we spent is useful.
After each class, I feel energized and can see my body is more flexible than before. She is a very very very good yoga instructor. I am glad that I joined the classes and even happier that I am staying on with it for a year.

This was my very first experience of learning aerial yoga. The workshop was designed with the perfect blend of the right pace with warm-up exercises in aerial hammocks, and then getting into complex aerial yoga poses from inversions to some real fun and challenging poses. It was eye-opening to learn how the hammock assists you in suspending your body. Exploring the Hammock unraveled a lot, the Hammock becomes a part of you and with that support it becomes easier and this understanding only comes when you start exploring it with an open mind. I went to the workshop with the mindset of having no fear and that kind of helped. I didn't want to have any mental blocks and I trusted Dipti with her thoughtful and cautious instructions. The joy of just flowing and trusting her guidance, the hammock and being able to do it successfully, was so empowering and once we learnt it, we just kept on trying it for a number of times on our own. Dipti is an exceptional teacher. There was not a single participant in the workshop who did not do all what was taught and learn the technique to do the poses. This talks a lot about the dedication and mindful teaching methodology. Truly commendable. I am looking forward to progressing on this journey with Dipti. Practicing with her for last 3 years has got me from simple yoga on the mat to flying in the hammock. I can't believe the journey I have witnessed for myself. Thank you for all that you do. It's because of all what you explore and so selflessly impart to us. Always in Gratitude.

She is our lead practitioner at YogaSadhana and is a Registered Yoga Trainer (RYT 500) with professional experience in conducting group and personal yoga sessions for Adults, Kids, Senior Citizens, Chair yoga, corporate yoga, Pre-natal & Postnatal Yoga and yoga for critically ill individuals. Over the past few years, she has built a passionate career by conducting multi-style yoga classes, including - Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, aerial yoga and Embodied movements for yoga. Further, she is a Certified Level 2 Aerial Yoga Instructor.
