INFORMATION COLLECTED

When you sign up for YogaSadhana services, including class packages, workshops, retreats and/or retail at www.yogasadhana-studio.com (website), YogaSadhana collects and retains certain personal information. YogaSadhana receives and stores any information you enter on the Site or give to YogaSadhana in any other way. You can choose not to provide certain information, but then you might not be able to take advantage of all of the services that YogaSadhana offers. YogaSadhana uses the information that you provide for such purposes as responding to your requests, communicating with you, tracking purchases and class history.

This information is collected in several ways. For example, if you sign up for YogaSadhanas’ classes or purchase classes, class packages or retail, the Site will collect certain personal information required to make the purchase. If you sign up for YogaSadhanas’ services, YogaSadhana collects all the personal information necessary to provide you with the services purchased.
If you believe that any inaccurate or inappropriate information has been obtained or disseminated through your use of the Site, please contact YogaSadhana immediately.

INFORMATION SHARING

YogaSadhana only shares personal information with other companies or individuals outside of YogaSadhana in the following limited circumstances:

  • If YogaSadhana becomes involved in a merger, acquisition, or any form of sale of some or all of its assets, YogaSadhana will provide notice before personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
  • YogaSadhana may share with third parties certain pieces of aggregated, non personal information, such as but not limited to the number of users who clicked on an advertisement on the YogaSadhana website, the number of users that clicked on any page within the YogaSadhana website or aggregated business performance data across a geographical region.

SECURITY OF INFORMATION

YogaSadhana takes all appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. These include internal reviews of YogaSadhanas’ data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, as well as physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where YogaSadhana stores personal data.

When you use YogaSadhana services, YogaSadhana makes a good faith effort to provide you with access to your personal information and either to correct this data if it is inaccurate or to delete such data at your request if it is not otherwise required to be retained by law or for legitimate business purposes. YogaSadhana asks individual users to identify themselves and the information requested to be accessed, corrected or removed before processing such requests, and we may decline to process requests that are unreasonably repetitive or systematic, require disproportionate technical effort, jeopardize the privacy of others, or would be extremely impractical (for instance, requests concerning information residing on backup tapes), or for which access is not otherwise required. In any case where YogaSadhana provides information access and correction, YogaSadhana performs this service free of charge, except if doing so would require a disproportionate effort.

YogaSadhana will not reduce your rights under this Policy without your explicit consent, and YogaSadhana expects most such changes will be minor.
