We use retreats as an opportunity to unwind and unplug from the concrete world for a few days by setting up our retreats close to nature with your bellies consuming only Satvik food through the tenure of your stay.
We offer Yoga practices like – Asana, Embodied Movements, Partner Yoga, Blindfold Yoga, Aerial yoga, Yin Yoga, Kriyas and Meditation & Breath work along with Nature walks, melodious Bhajans, Kirtans and so much more!
