She says, “My love for yoga has grown and is still growing, and my practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible, and fearless, both on and off the mat. I try and blend all the aspects of Yoga to help the participants not only grow in their physical strength but also in the overall development of the person mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
I seek to help others thrive in life by nurturing body, mind, and soul with yoga, and my hope is that my participants step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished, and balanced. Yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully”
